How long does a bar last?
About four to six weeks of daily use, depending on water hardness and how you store it. Keep yours on a draining tray between showers and the bar will outlast a bottle of bodywash twice over.
Are these bars vegan?
Six of the nine are. The Organic Honey Soap is made with raw honey, and the Organic Goat Milk Soap and Organic Beef Tallow Soap are animal-derived, so those three aren't vegan. The Olive Oil, Avocado, Charcoal, Turmeric, Lavender, and Oatmeal bars are plant-based. The full ingredient list is on each product page.
Are they safe for sensitive skin?
Each bar is free of SLS/SLES, parabens, phthalates, and synthetic fragrance. The Organic Goat Milk Soap and Organic Olive Oil Soap are the gentlest if your skin is reactive — try those first.
Can I use the bar on my face?
Yes — the Organic Charcoal Soap is formulated to be face-safe. If your skin runs sensitive, patch-test along your jaw first and keep it to once a day.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within two business days of placement. US shipping is 3-5 business days via USPS. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment your package leaves the studio.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Every part of it. Kraft paper wrap, soy-ink labels, plant-based tape, and a cardboard mailer. No plastic sleeves, no bubble wrap, no foam pellets. Drop the whole thing in your compost or paper recycling.
How do subscriptions work?
Choose Subscribe & save on a soap and it arrives every 4, 6 or 8 weeks at 10% off. A soap box is subscription only and comes at its box price, no discount to add. Skip, pause or cancel anytime from the account link in your subscription emails. Subscriptions ship to you; store pickup is for one-time orders.
Can I buy a soap box once?
No. Soap boxes ship by subscription only. You can cancel anytime from your account.
Care
How should I store my bar?
Out of standing water, ideally on a slatted wooden tray or a draining soap dish. Keeping it dry between uses is the single biggest thing that extends its life.
Will it melt in the heat?
The bars are stable up to 95°F. If you're shipping during a heatwave we add an extra ice pack at no charge — just email us with your order number after you order.
