Everything ships from our small-batch studio in Miami, FL.
Processing time
Orders ship within two business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting US holidays. During restocks, launches, and the weeks before major holidays, packing can take a little longer — if that happens, we'll say so on the site.
Some bars cure for about thirty days before they're ready to leave the studio. We only list what's already cured, so anything you can add to the cart is in hand and ready to pack.
Rates
Free US shipping on orders over $45. Below that, a flat standard rate is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Taxes and shipping are always calculated at checkout, so there are no surprises after the fact.
Delivery time
US orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days via USPS after they leave the studio. Tracking is emailed to you the moment your package ships. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands — carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume can add a few days.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. International shipping isn't available yet.
Hot weather
Our bars are stable up to 95°F. If you're ordering during a heatwave, leave a note at checkout and we'll pack an extra ice pack at no charge.
Packaging
Kraft paper wrap, soy-ink labels, plant-based tape, and a cardboard mailer. No plastic sleeves, no bubble wrap, no foam pellets. The whole thing can go in your compost or paper recycling.
Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only if the order hasn't been packed yet — email lisandradearmas@gmail.com right away and we'll do what we can.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, give it 48 hours — carriers sometimes scan early. If it still hasn't turned up, email lisandradearmas@gmail.com and we'll help you sort it out. Items damaged in transit are covered by our Refund Policy: send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace them.
