Use of this site
You may browse, shop, and share our pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy our photos, product text, or designs for resale or for another store, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful. Product photos, copy, and branding on this site belong to us.
You need to be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
Product information
We describe our bars, ingredients, and materials as accurately as we can. Because everything is handmade in small batches, slight variation in color, shape, surface, and weight is normal and not a defect. Screens also render color differently, so a bar may not look exactly like its photo.
Our soaps are cosmetic products for external use. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our bars aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Ingredient lists are published on each product page — please read them if you have allergies or reactive skin, and stop using a bar if irritation appears.
Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. All items are subject to availability, and small-batch stock runs out. If we can't fulfill an order, or if an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders and payment
Checkout is handled by Shopify, which processes your payment. We never see or store your full card details. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the order is accepted once we send a confirmation email. We may cancel or limit an order that looks fraudulent, or where an address or payment can't be verified.
Shipping and returns
Shipping times, rates, and delivery areas are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and damaged items are covered by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
The site and our products are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here is the one that applies to your order.
