Every bar is made by hand in small batches in our Miami, FL studio. If something isn't right, we want to hear about it.
30-day returns on unopened bars
Unopened bars can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The bar needs to be in its original wrap, unused, and in the condition it arrived in.
To start a return, email lisandradearmas@gmail.com with your order number and which bars you'd like to send back. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us — we can't track returns we don't know about.
Opened and used bars
Once a bar has been unwrapped or used, we can't accept it back. Soap is a personal care product, and for hygiene reasons an opened bar can't be resold or restocked. This is the one place we can't be flexible.
If a bar didn't work for your skin, still write to us. We can usually point you toward a gentler formula, and we'd rather help you find the right bar than leave you with one you won't use.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives broken, melted, or damaged, email lisandradearmas@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost. You don't need to return the damaged item. If the bar you ordered is between batches, we'll refund it in full instead.
Small-batch variation is not a defect
Our bars are hand-poured and cut, and every batch takes color from real ingredients — clays, botanicals, oils, honey. Slight differences in color, shape, surface texture, and weight from bar to bar, or from the product photo, are normal and expected. That variation is a sign the bar was made by hand, not a flaw, and it isn't grounds for a return on its own.
Refund timing
Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We'll email you when the refund goes out.
